Today Show turns back on Kilimanjaro due to AMS
On the today show yesterday Ann Curry reported that everyone in the group was suffering from Acute Mountain Sickness and collectivley decided to turn back at 16,000 ft. Good to see they made the right choice!

Ann Curry from Today Show hits 15,700 feet on Kilimanjaro.
Well, its official. Ann Curry, a non-climbing talk show host, has now hit an elevation that is greater than I have seen. My highest point so far at 14,505 feet puts Ann almost 800 feet past my winter climb on Mt. Whitney. Am I jealous? Do I think this is unfair?
Minnesota State Cyclocross Championship
Saturday brought the return of what most Minnesotan cyclocross racers believe to be the best race of the year - the State Championship. With all the classic features of cyclocross, the state championships is also a magnet for those feverish, CX-loving fans. Despite being cold, it became a beautiful day to race and the racing was fantastic.
Buck Hill in MN. is making snow.
No E.T.A. yet on when they will be open but as you can see from the image below they are making snow.

I did have a little trouble finding the exact spot
with only the printed google map and a picture
of the tree. Ended up with a small new scratch
on my new trek MTB and a bloody ankle from my
pedals.
I would have gotten it earlier, but I stopped by
humms for some old style.

It looks like you're floating in the air but it’s a little tricky when you go off a jump! Check out the prototype video!
