Today I got an email from my first climbing partner Chris, that said, "Dude, did we go to Utah in the ‘70’s?" There was a copy of this photo attached to the email. Believe it or not this was only about 6 years ago. I thought I remembered coming into climbing kind of backwards. We were both ice climbing before we were rock climbing. Well, maybe I'm remembering things wrong.
This is going to sound blasphemous but there are a few things in the outdoors that I just don't like doing just for the sake of doing them. One is camping and the other is snowshoeing. I won't go into the snowshoeing part much except to say that for me its always been a mode of transport as a necessity to get somewhere else to do something else. Really its part of an adventure package.

Oh that was fun! Thanks Jepp!
I did have a little trouble finding the exact spot
with only the printed google map and a picture
of the tree. Ended up with a small new scratch
on my new trek MTB and a bloody ankle from my
pedals.
I would have gotten it earlier, but I stopped by
humms for some old style.
Thanks!
Phil
Between Photos for map and harness. Yell to porch or look under trash can if after 10 p.m.
Think they only use tanks and airplanes?
This is an older video for the Swiss Bicycle Infantry Division.

Found! This is fun, can't wait to go after the chair! The bottle is cool, and just got a major bath, no offense... - Dork
I can't resist putting this youtube video up. Monty Python is too funny.

"Grimace, Buddy and I went hunting and found the elusive yellow box.
Grimace got a bit skittish once we left the gravel, so I left her behind hugging a tree and continued on the last couple hundred yards solo. Buddy led me right to the box; good Buddy. Upon my triumphant return to my obedient tree hugging steed, Grimace was pleased to see the new acquirement, but was disappointed at the continued rain/snow/sleet so we could not rip a couple laps. - Neil from Minneapolis"
Here is the location. You'll find it in the middle of three trees. There are a few that are growing in a group of three in the immediate area. I covered it with leaves after I took the photos.
I posted link to an addictive mountain biking game a while back. Here is another one and it's not out in the desert. It’s more fitting for my home state, which has trees and grass. Enjoy!
You decide if they can. This Lamborghini was pulled over on a Las Vegas boulevard.
