Free Crazy Creek Hexagon Light Backpacking Chair Location

Crazy Creek Long Back Chair
Found by Phil at about 9:30 p.m.

Oh that was fun! Thanks Jepp!

I did have a little trouble finding the exact spot
with only the printed google map and a picture
of the tree. Ended up with a small new scratch
on my new trek MTB and a bloody ankle from my
pedals.

I would have gotten it earlier, but I stopped by
humms for some old style.

Thanks!

Phil
Between Photos for map and harness. Yell to porch or look under trash can if after 10 p.m. Map and harness acquired at 8:55p.m. Rider given 15 extra minutes extra due to my late timing. Address is pretty obvious and the chair is well hidden. Next info point will either be that the chair was found or the GPS location will be given at 10 p.m.

This is the 1.1 lb. HexaLight LongBack backpacking chair. (Used once for review) You can actually use this as a sleeping pad as well in warmer months.

I will post the details on finding the location of this item on Thursday evening at exactly 8:00 pm. I haven't decided exactly how I'm going give the details yet.

UPDATE
Ok, I decided to be kind of a bastard with this one. It's a $40 chair so why not make a person work a bit to get it and make it so that someone else can take it away.

The chair has a harness strap for transport and storage. The chair can operate just fine without it. I'm going to post a photo of the location of the harness strap first. It will have the GPS location and a map for the chair along with it.

Then one hour later I'll post the GPS/map location for the harness so people who can't find it with the photo can use GPS or a map to find it.

Crazy Creek Strap

Then exactly one hour later I'll post the GPS location of the chair. If a person doesn't find the strap they can still score a perfectly good chair and the other person is stuck with something that looks like a walking harness for a wiener dog if they don't get there fast enough.

Crazy Creek Chair

So you'll have to be fast to get everything. BTW the maps/GPS: you don't need a GPS unit to find a place you can type them into the search box on google maps.

Schedule:

8 p.m. - Photo location of harness. (Harness will have map/GPS for chair)
9 p.m. - GPS/Map location of harness. (Harness will have map/GPS for chair)
10 p.m. - GPS/Map location of chair.

Finally- If I ever hear that someone used a motor vehicle to get any of these I'll put them so far into the woods you'll need three days of food and a tent to get to them.

Steef, we're working on getting some other bigger swag. We'll have some different ways to get it too.

I don't have three days of food yet.

Saturday night I will, though!

Re: Re: Re: Re: Free Crazy Creek Hexagon Light Backpacking Chair

Steef, my first pick for a location of the harness and map was the trash can in front of your shop (..as a hiding spot not because it belongs in the trash. This is a pretty cool chair.) and the chair location was going to be in the alley behind your house. There were too many people in front hanging out across the street looking at me so I had to move on.
